About us

Meet the team

We feel it is important to have strong links with our parents and families, so we work in partnership with you to ensure that all of your child’s needs are met. Access to the online Tapestry Learning Journal will enable you to celebrate your child’s progress and achievements, as well as maintain good communication with the nursery.

When your child joins us they will be allocated a Key Worker who will be responsible for monitoring and recording their development on Tapestry. All our staff are Paediatric First Aid trained and are kept up to date with current safeguarding practices. Your Key Worker will be your child’s source of warmth and security, particularly as they settle into the nursery environment and be your first point of contact.

Stephanie

Manager
Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead
Key Worker

I feel privileged to have been Manager at All Saints Nursery for many years. Over its long history, the nursery has provided a unique environment which puts children and families at the heart of all we do. We link closely with our local feeder schools and foundation staff, with the aim of providing each child with a smooth transition to school. We continue to look to the future by developing new opportunities for your child to learn and flourish.

Nicola

Deputy Manager
Key Worker

In my role as Deputy, I support the Manager with the day to day administration and running of the nursery. Working alongside the Committee Treasurer, I am also responsible for the preparation of fees and invoices. The Manager and myself attend regular meetings with the local first schools and take part in the annual school readiness event, in conjunction with other local nurseries and schools.

Sharon

Curriculum Lead
Key Worker

The Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum provides the framework for our children’s learning. I work with our team of key workers to ensure our resources and activities are planned around the children’s interests, as well as meeting all areas of their learning and development. By observing and tracking their progress, we can plan appropriate next steps for each child, as they move towards their Early Learning Goals in readiness for school.

Sarah

Outdoor Learning Lead
Key Worker

We are privileged at All Saints to be part of the unique location of Branksome Chine and the surrounding woods. My role involves giving children the opportunity to learn about, enjoy and respect the natural world around them during walks in the local area. At nursery I arrange seasonal activities, including planting vegetables and seeds, so growth and change can be observed.

Raffi

SEND Co-ordinator
Key Worker

I have been the SEND Co-ordinator for many years and attend relevant training and the Borough inclusion briefings. I support children with additional needs to ensure that they are fully included in the daily routine and make progress to achieve their full potential during their time with us. I liaise with the child’s key worker and family, making referrals to the appropriate outside agencies for further assistance if necessary.
