Dear parents,

Curriculum Plans

Please see attached our plans for the next two weeks.

We have begun singing some lovely Seasonal songs, including our Snowdrop song. Please take time to look at the Snowdrops that are on the sign-in  table at nursery, over the next week or two the snowdrop flowers should begin to appear.

We are focusing on looking at shapes and comparing sizes of objects over the next couple of weeks. Maybe you could try to name shapes that you see in the environment with your children, wheels are circles, windows are rectangles or squares etc,

School Readiness Evening   – Lilliput CE Infant School 5th March 7 to 8 pm

We have linked together with some local schools and nurseries to hold a School Readiness evening on Wed 5th March at 7 to 8 pm.

This is an opportunity to  find out exactly what ‘ school ready’ means and pick up some tips and ideas to help prepare your child for their transition to school.

Nut Allergy – Reminder

Please note that nursery is a nut free. Please be careful in particular about bringing in hazelnuts, peanuts and almond nuts or products that contain them in childrens lunch boxes.

If you have any questions about whether an item is suitable or not please ask a member of staff.
